This private house is located in the Prospector Square area of Park City, about 2 miles from Park City Resort. It’s set up for large groups and has all the amenities you’ll need.Living room: large flat screen tv, wood burning fireplace, cozy leather sectional couch. A large built in computer area with another large flat screen, great for games.

There’s a deck off the living room with a huge BBQ and lots of patio furniture for sunny days.Kitchen: equipped for large groups with dishes and flatware for 20. Lots of pots and pans and cooking utensils.

Dining room: seats eight to ten at a large dining room table located right off the kitchen.

Game room: downstairs level, has two pinball machines, futon sleeper, fireplace and a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. The hot tub is located right outside this room. Downstairs you’ll also find a spacious laundry room with entrance to the garage. This works as a ski prep room as well.

WINTER POLICIES

Deposits: Two nights rental fee is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Penalties: Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 60-45 days prior to arrival forfeit the rental deposit. If a reservation is canceled within 45 days of arrival, full payment is forfeited. There will be no refund for late arrivals or early departures. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Ask your reservationist for details.

Minimum Stays: Three to seven nights are required depending on property and dates requested. Other restrictions may apply.

Maid Service: Guests staying a minimum of 7 nights receive a midweek linen change and light cleaning. Daily maid service is available if desired at an additional charge. Selected luxury properties will receive a daily maid service included with the rental fee.

CHECK IN: 4p.m. CHECK OUT: 10a.m.

All properties are non-smoking. Sorry, no pets allowed without prior written authorization.

Check in: Please check in at our office centrally located in Park City at 875 Ironhorse Drive, Unit D. Just next to the Starbucks on Park Avenue.

(From Park Avenue, turn left on to Ironhorse Drive then take a right at the second parking lot. You will see Alpine Ski Properties between ’Columbia Paint’ and ’Knead a Massage’.)

SUMMER POLICIES

Alpine Ski Properties has a limited selection of condominiums and private homes available for rentals in the summertime on a nightly, weekly or monthly basis. Listed below are summer rates and policies. Please note that monthly rental policies differ from the nightly and weekly policies. Rates vary according to location and length of stay, and do not include lodging tax (10.45%).

Nightly/Weekly Rentals:

Minimum Stay - Three to seven nights required depending on property and dates requested. Other restrictions may apply.

Deposit - Two nights deposit is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations - If reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations 60-45 days prior to arrival will forfeit deposit. Monthly Rentals (1-2 months):

Select properties are available for one or more months between April and December.

Deposit - Fifty percent (50%) of rental cost is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations - If reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, deposit is refunded less a $150 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs 45-60 days prior to arrival, deposit is forfeited. If cancellation occurs less than 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is forfeited. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

Housekeeping Services - Linen/towel deliveries and maid service is available upon request at an additional charge. Linen/towel exchanges can be made at our office at no additional charge.
