Brookridge on Upper Norfolk is duplex in an ideal location. Walking distance to Main Street for shopping, dining, and night life, this home is in the perfect location for lodging during the Sundance Film Festival and many other Park City events. Just steps from the Quittin’ Time ski trail which accesses Park City Mountain Resort’s Town Lift makes the location ideal for skiers. Utilize Park City’s outdoor stairs for easy access to Main Street. After a day on the slopes or exploring Park City, relax and enjoy the views of Old Town from the private outdoor hot tub.

Each side of the duplex has two living areas and four floors spread out across 2600 square feet providing space to gather together or retreat. This town home also offers flexibility in the sleeping arrangements. Two of the bedrooms have two twin beds; the other two rooms have King beds. The common area game room (shared by both Brookridge town homes) has a pool table, foosball table, sauna, and weight machine.

Both sides of this duplex can be rented together or separately.

Winter Season December 20, 2010- April 15, 2011.

8am-10 pm: Sunday and Monday only

8 am- Midnight: Tuesdays- Saturday

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit one night’s lodging. (**60 days during holiday time periods). A forfeiture of the entire prepayment is required if cancellation occurs less than 45 days prior to arrival (**60 days during holiday time periods). No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

Security Deposit:

A valid Credit Card and picture ID must be provided upon check-in as a security deposit. Any damages, cleaning costs, theft, faxes and long distance calls during your visit will be applied to the Credit Card on file.

Accommodations:

We reserve the right to change your accommodations with like properties up to, and including, the day of arrival. Every effort will be made to honor your request.

Each unit has been assigned a designated occupancy in which it sleeps. If the number of guests exceeds the designated occupancy, the Credit Card on file will be charged $25/day/additional occupant for the duration of the reservation.

Park City Mountain Luxury does not carry rollaway beds, or air mattress, in its inventory.

Pets/Non-Smoking:

All properties, and those properties in which Park City Mountain Luxury is the agent upon check-in, are both Pet-Free and Non-Smoking. If evidence that animals have been present or smoking has occurred in a rental property, a $1000 service charge will be charged to the Credit Card on file for the deep cleaning and ionization of the unit.

Housekeeping:

Housekeeping provided on a fee base only. Arrangements can be made for housekeeping with the front desk.
