Deposit/Payment Policy:

A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made 30 days or less from the time of arrival must pay the full reservation amount at time of booking.

Security Deposit:

A $500 security deposit (payable through separate check) is also required prior to arrival. The security deposit will be refunded upon final inspection of the rental property following departure; renter is also responsible for any additional damages in excess of the $500 damage deposit.
