Deer Valley Resort Lodging & Reservations

Cancellations:

Summer (April 12, 2010 - December 3, 2010): Once paid, all deposits are non-refundable.

Winter Season (December 4, 2010 - April 10, 2011): Cancellations received 46 days or more prior to arrival forfeit the

initial deposit, equal to $50 plus one night per reservation. Cancellations received 45 days or less prior to arrival

forfeit the full payment. Changes in lodging within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL A SIGNED CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY OUR ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR NO-SHOWS, LATE ARRIVALS, OR EARLY DEPARTURES. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR DOWNGRADES.
Deposit:Deposits and Payments:

Summer (April 12, 2010 - December 3, 2010): A one night deposit is due at the time of booking. Full payment, including taxes

and fees, is due 14 days prior to arrival. If reservation is made less than 14 days from arrival, full payment is due at the

time of booking.

Winter Season (December 4, 2010 - April 10, 2011): A nonrefundable deposit of $50 is due at time of booking, and one night

lodging per reservation is due within 3 days of initial booking. Final payment including a 10.45% lodging tax and a 3.5%

resort-lodging fee is due 45 days prior to arrival.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL A SIGNED CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY OUR ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT.
