Located in the Solamere subdivision of Deer Valley Resort’s Snow Park area, this 4 bedroom, 3½ bath home will sleep up to 17 people. With approximately 3,000 square feet, it’s a great gathering place for friends and families.

The house has 2 levels: on the ground level, you’ll find the kitchen, which is open to the family room and dining area. Also on the main floor are the game room with a pool table and a den with a leather sectional sofa sleeper and piano. There’s a half bath right across from the den, making it a convenient sleeping area. One bedroom is located on the main level, with a bathroom nearby. There’s also a laundry room with access to the large outdoor hot tub.

Upstairs you’ll find three additional bedrooms. The master bedroom is very large and spacious with a desk, fireplace, large jetted tub and separate shower stall. The second and third bedrooms share an additional full bathroom.

Family Room: Adjoins kitchen/dining area, with gas burning fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD, 2 queen sized sofa sleepers.

Kitchen: Spacious and fully equipped for cooking meals, adjoins dining area and living room.

Dining Room: Dining area is situated between the kitchen and family room, seating for 8 at the dining table and 2 barstools at the kitchen counter.

Den: A nice room for reading and relaxing, with a piano, CD stereo. It can be used as an extra sleeping area as it has a leather sectional queen sofa sleeper and there is a powder room just across the hall.

Bedrooms:
Master - (Upstairs) King bed, 1 set of twin bunk beds, adjoining bathroom with large bathtub and separate shower stall. TV. Desk. Walk-in closet.
Second - (Upstairs) Queen, 1 twin.
Third - (Upstairs) Two twins

Fourth - (Main floor) King bed. Bathroom with shower only located just outside bedroom in the hall. TV.

Hot Tub: Private outdoor hot tub on patio in the rear of the house.

Garage: Attached, 2 car. The driveway is a bit steep, so 4 wheel drive vehicles are recommended.

WINTER POLICIES

Deposits: Two nights rental fee is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Penalties: Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 60-45 days prior to arrival forfeit the rental deposit. If a reservation is canceled within 45 days of arrival, full payment is forfeited. There will be no refund for late arrivals or early departures. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Ask your reservationist for details.

Minimum Stays: Three to seven nights are required depending on property and dates requested. Other restrictions may apply.

Maid Service: Guests staying a minimum of 7 nights receive a midweek linen change and light cleaning. Daily maid service is available if desired at an additional charge. Selected luxury properties will receive a daily maid service included with the rental fee.

CHECK IN: 4p.m. CHECK OUT: 10a.m.

All properties are non-smoking. Sorry, no pets allowed without prior written authorization.

Check in: Please check in at our office centrally located in Park City at 875 Ironhorse Drive, Unit D. Just next to the Starbucks on Park Avenue.

(From Park Avenue, turn left on to Ironhorse Drive then take a right at the second parking lot. You will see Alpine Ski Properties between ’Columbia Paint’ and ’Knead a Massage’.)

SUMMER POLICIES

Alpine Ski Properties has a limited selection of condominiums and private homes available for rentals in the summertime on a nightly, weekly or monthly basis. Listed below are summer rates and policies. Please note that monthly rental policies differ from the nightly and weekly policies. Rates vary according to location and length of stay, and do not include lodging tax (10.45%).

Nightly/Weekly Rentals:

Minimum Stay - Three to seven nights required depending on property and dates requested. Other restrictions may apply.

Deposit - Two nights deposit is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Monthly Rentals (1-2 months):

Select properties are available for one or more months between April and December.

Cancellations - If reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, deposit is refunded less a $150 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs 45-60 days prior to arrival, deposit is forfeited. If cancellation occurs less than 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is forfeited. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

Housekeeping Services - Linen/towel deliveries and maid service is available upon request at an additional charge. Linen/towel exchanges can be made at our office at no additional charge.
