Just walk out from your private ski prep room and you’re right on Deer Valley’s Silver Dollar trail! This ski-in/ski-out private home is located in the exclusive Bellevue community of mid-mountain Deer Valley. It has spectacular views, high quality finishes and beautiful furnishings. The house is very spacious (approximately 4,000 square feet), with wood accents throughout, including log railings and posts, hardwood floors, as well as an open and bright floor plan.

The main level of this amazing home is the living room, kitchen and dining room combined into a beautiful great room. This is the perfect area to enjoy the incredible panoramic views with the whole family. Also on this level, you’ll find the second and third bedrooms and the den with a full size Murphy bed. One level up takes you to the master bedroom suite with a private deck and large bathroom area with a walk-in closet. On the lower level is the fourth bedroom with two sets of twin bunkbeds and entry from the garage.

Living Room: High vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors, floor to ceiling stone surrounds the wood burning fireplace with log mantle, large screen TV, VCR, DVD, CD, access to a large, wrap around deck on the front of the house with incredible mountain views. The comfy sectional couch in this room also has a queen size sofa sleeper.

Kitchen: Hardwood floors, granite counters, equipped with professional appliances for gourmet cooking. Natural gas piped BBQ just outside on the large front deck.

Dining Room: Formal dining table with seating for 8. Additional barstool seating for 6 at kitchen island nearby.

Bedrooms:
Master - Queen bed, wood burning fireplace, HDTV, DVD, walk-in closet, adjoining bathroom with two separate vanities, jetted tub and walk-in shower.
Second Master - Queen bed, HDTV, DVD, adjoining bath. Wood burning fireplace. Bathroom with shower only
Third - Queen bed and twin day bed. HDTV, adjoining full bathroom.
Fourth - 2 sets of college size twin bunk beds, adjoining full bathroom.
Den- Queen size murphy bed, gas burning fireplace and small leather couch, HDTV, DVD, VCR. Adjoining ½ bathroom is shared with the great room. Shares shower facility with third bedroom.

Office: Small office area at the top of stairs to the master bedroom.

Hot Tub: 6-person hot tub located on the deck just off of the den. Views of surrounding mountains and ski access trail.

Ski Prep Room: Provides a great place for all the gear and is equipped with boot dryers for 5 pairs of ski boots. Direct access to Silver Dollar trail leading to Last Chance run.

Laundry Room: Located on entry level.

WINTER POLICIES

Deposits: Two nights rental fee is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Penalties: Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 60-45 days prior to arrival forfeit the rental deposit. If a reservation is canceled within 45 days of arrival, full payment is forfeited. There will be no refund for late arrivals or early departures. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Ask your reservationist for details.

Minimum Stays: Three to seven nights are required depending on property and dates requested. Other restrictions may apply.

Maid Service: Guests staying a minimum of 7 nights receive a midweek linen change and light cleaning. Daily maid service is available if desired at an additional charge. Selected luxury properties will receive a daily maid service included with the rental fee.

CHECK IN: 4p.m. CHECK OUT: 10a.m.

All properties are non-smoking. Sorry, no pets allowed without prior written authorization.

Check in: Please check in at our office centrally located in Park City at 875 Ironhorse Drive, Unit D. Just next to the Starbucks on Park Avenue.

SUMMER POLICIES

Alpine Ski Properties has a limited selection of condominiums and private homes available for rentals in the summertime on a nightly, weekly or monthly basis. Listed below are summer rates and policies. Please note that monthly rental policies differ from the nightly and weekly policies. Rates vary according to location and length of stay, and do not include lodging tax (10.45%).

Nightly/Weekly Rentals:

Minimum Stay - Three to seven nights required depending on property and dates requested. Other restrictions may apply.

Deposit - Two nights deposit is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Housekeeping Services - Linen/towel deliveries and maid service is available upon request at an additional charge. Linen/towel exchanges can be made at our office at no additional charge.
